Comprehensive Rental Tour

• Telephone consultation to determine your needs, including desired location (if known), budget, space requirements, amenities and commute to areas of importance.
• Scheduling of tour date.
• Preparatory work by RELO San Diego, including research of available properties and scheduling of viewing appointments.
• Agent will escort client for a pre-set time to desired neighborhoods and to each rental prospect.
• Agent will provide general information about the areas visited, including local points of interest, recreational opportunities, and other amenities.
• Agent will assist in necessary paperwork for property rental (or)
• Agent will assist client with additional information if needed.

Area Orientation

• Half-day tour provides an overview of a selected region, highlighting specific points of interest. Specific property viewings are not included.
• Full-day tour provides an overview of several selected regions and possible viewing of specific properties.

Special Services

• Rides to and from the airport.
• Assistance in setting up a bank account.
• Assistance in obtaining a social security number.
• Assistance in applying for a driver’s license or identification card.
